About Us

We have been building campers and canopies for utes and light trucks since 1998. We have many years of experience that allow us to produce the PERFECT custom camper for every client.

We are highly experienced with aluminium and steel welding and fabrication. These days our workshop turns out everything from tool boxes to fully outfitted campers that feature all the comforts of home.

While we work from modern and fully equipped workshops in the heart of Queensland’s Fraser Coast, our products both large and small are found all over Australia.

Slide On Campers
It’s light … it’s sturdy … it’s secure … and it’s dust and waterproof too. And the best part of all is that if you’re on a tight budget, custom campers from Slide On Campers are very affordable.
You start with the basic camper and add the extras that you want so you don’t pay for anything you don’t need. The end result is a camper that you can take with you wherever you go and when you’re not camping our custom campers can be easily removed from your vehicle.
Got a camper that is damaged or needs some adjustment? Bring it in to us and we can fix the problems for you.
Ute trays and canopies
Want an aluminium tray or canopy for your ute? Slide On Campers have years of experience in building custom solutions for those who want trays or secure canopies for their utes. We’re building them all the time and we can build the tray and/or canopy that’s perfect for your ute too.
Aluminium welding and fabrication
Need a custom toolbox built? It’s all just part of the service that we provide here at Slide on Campers. No job is too small for our highly experienced and qualified team of tradesmen.

We love our camper, it takes us 5 minutes to set up camp. It’s got everything we need for a comfortable stay. We were able to tailor it to suit us. Sheldon, George and the boys are absolutely fantastic! We highly recommend Dynamic!!
